Coaching can be around, leadership, management, conflict management, relationships, succession planning, life issues, time management, and just about anything else.
When scheduling they can enter development coaching, or performance coaching. The more information we have before the appointment can help us be more productive in our session. Development is when the employee takes the initiative on their own to schedule coaching for themselves. Performance is when a manger or team leader requests them to develop a certain leadership, or soft skill.
Because every organization is different. We want to make sure we are matching the needs of each organization to serve them most effectively and to get the results they desire.
Yes, we believe the family is important to your employees success. It is available to the spouse, and teenagers living at home.
Yes! We encourage it, however, we know you are busy and manage our coaching process details and benchmarks, but will send you information as requested. We have what we call the HR Partner who has access to our coaching system to be involved at whatever level you would like.
